I made a sprite that is bigger then the scratch size limit, but when i size it to look like its zooming out, it sets to the size limit. is there a way to make a sprite BIGGER then the scratch size limit. to zoom out/get smaller, without it getting forced to the size limit?

It is possible that the problem could be fixed by changing the size of the actual costume. If you want to disable Scratch's size limits, you can go on TurboWarp and change the settings, but then you won't be able to share the project on Scratch.

Could you share the project? If I see it I might be able to give you better solutions.

1. make a really small costume
2. make it really big
3. switch to your really big costume

switch costume to [small]
set size to (500) %
switch costume to [really big]

i know how to glitch the size limit, what im trying to do is make it where it shrinks. but it forces it to the size limit

Although you cannot go past 0, you might be able to do the opposite of this code (I haven't tested yet)

Can you share a link to your project? I've never had resizing problems with my projects and any sprite you make should be able to be shrunk until near invisible. Do you want your sprite to shrink until its size is 0?

Sorry but i do not wanna share the project until im done, im just trying to make it look like its zooming out at something really big, and that sprite is past the size limit. but when i shrink it smaller, it sets to the limit

What is the limit you are hitting?

To bypass the minimum size limit, you can switch to a really big costume, set the size to 1% (the smallest possible), and switch back, like this:

set [previous costume v] to (costume [name v])
switch costume to [something really big v]
set size to (1) %
switch costume to (previous costume)

The size limits will change depending on the size of the costume. For example, a huge costume can shrink down to 1% whereas a tiny costume might only go down to 50%. Therefore, you can switch to a huge costume, shrink really small, and switch back to a costume that normally couldn't be that small.

I'm not trying to break the minimum size limit, this is just kinda hard to explain

ill try and explain it the best way i can. in something im working on there's supposed to be a cutscene where it zooms out and shows the whole world, i needed it to be past the size limit so it would be as big as the background, when its zooming out it forces to the scratch limit till it gets to 100. im only trying to make stop shrinking till it goes to 22
