Making scroll projects using the scrollx technique seems, well, impossible now. Scrollx changes don't change the X of sprites that look like backgrounds like in 1.4

I had the same problem in 1.4 with scrollx as well. It appears to be an old bug that appears in projects for no apparent reasons. My project Building Testing had the problem.
