Spam bots are dead followers that follow you for no reason, what should I do if spam bots or trolls or free follow accounts follow me?
What should I do if random accounts follow me for no reason, not even for f4f, not even because they like my projects, for no reason?

is it really that big of a problem
just accept the follow
i dont get what the deal is
if theyre harassing you then either report or move accounts in a way that they wont know
Edit: ok maybe its actually a problem

When I first joined remix bots “remixed” one of my projects, I came to find no remixes.
Luckily Scratch fixed that issue via Django.

I mean, I don’t know why they specifically follow you, but I’d say just try asking them if they can unfollow you? The free follow accounts will most likely do that for you - I don’t know about trolls though. I guess just report them if they’re bad/not following the community guidelines but if they’re not bad then just leave them. They’re more followers even if they are useless.

For the spam bots repot their comments/projects or whatever which are spamming and hopefully they’ll get deleted and they’ll automatically unfollow you.
