I found the reason why my school is BLOCKING Scratch (ST please read this could be solved in NGP)

middle and high school didn't
Though I have heard of secondary school and universities/colleges using Scratch (I also remember helping people that stated they were learning Scratch for university) so it isn't unheard of.
