I personally don't see a problem with it, but people can use it wrongly. I'm hoping that won't happen with mine
It uses my symbol coding and sends it with Cloud Variables. I'm not sure if the scratch team can look at past Cloud Variables if something does go wrong

cloud variable chat projects are actually not allowed because st has no way of moderating them, sorry
you can create a chat project that uses premade sentences, but you can't have one where users enter their own messages, i guess you could always change yours to premade sentences if you'd be okay with that?

It’s really sad that I will have to take my project down. I spent a lot of time on it. I’m not going to delete until scratch does have a problem with it. I’m hoping no one uses it for bad. Anyone got ideas of how to make it so ST doesn’t ban it? I could do a bad word detector or some sort of monitor

unfortunately st doesn't allow that either, since kids could just look inside and see the whole list of banned words… i think the only way you could really change it is by making it use only premade sentences, otherwise cloud chat is just not allowed at all afaik
