how can i add a system that scans both the user's ip address and location and, goes into the wifi router and messes with the electrical systems and makes it go haywire, same thing as with all smart home accessories and devices connected to wifi. maybe even the ability to shut down all the city's power but idk if that's work. all suggestions are helpful!
