Does the false reporter get banned and how?
Does it go back on?

When a project gets false reported, it usually comes back after a few hours (if not a few days)
False reporters don't get banned unless it is a repeat offence AFAIK.

As far as I know.

if a project is false reported, it generally does nothing. however if enough false reports are received, it is unlisted till it is reviewed by a moderator. from here, same as floppasyay said.

People keep on reporting my projects that I didn’t even steal, it was clearly a remix project. Theres a reason why there is a “Remix” button.
