Rules on character designs?

I'm making a fighting game
(how many posts will I make that start with “I'm making a fighting game” bro)
anyway there's this character called mercezio
(yes, the ezio in there is intentional, it's a assassin version of a character called Mercedes)
and her design is complicated so stick with me here
she wears a hoodie
unzipped
tied around the waist
and under said hoodie
is a bikini
only the top tho
and shorts
is that allowed???
not trying to get my second warning here-

The bikini part is probably the only part that sounds like it could get taken down depending on how you portray it. To avoid chance of an alert over it, you could give her a shirt

Re: bikini: I think it’s fine as long as it’s not too “suggestive”, if you get what I mean, as I remember someone asking if showing a woman wearing a two-piece swimsuit in a beach day project is fine, and that was the answer.

As long as you don't portray it in a manner that isn't exactly appropriate, it should be fine.
as women in bathing suits isn't exactly inappropriate, it is just how you make it seem.
this can also go along with making sure her proportions (chest area, waist, hips, etc.) aren't too exaggerated to avoid conflict.
