were you on a specific computer (like a school computer?) some schools block scratch completely.

I was on pc but it said

network blocked
because it was being used to break the community guidlines
but I didn't do anything

odd, you might need to get more opinions from others.

IP bans can rarely randomly affect random users, due to the way they work. Try restarting your router.

maybe you have to restart your PC completely or change your network… that might help
