The first view is from the topic creator. If the same person opened the topic more than once, that's counted as separate views.

Rather than post views being counted by strict systems weighted by time and scrolling, it only counts the amount of times a topic's URL is loaded at all, by any machine at all, including the topic owner, logged out users, or other users.

69/30 = 2.3.

The views also increase if you edit your posts for example, after a spelling mistake (something I do all the time.) As said before, this is because the page is reloaded.

also i tested this and some post in bugs and glitches went from 30 to 100+

also, another question. if a old post gets enough views, will it get bumped?

No, there is no such feature I'm aware of
The only way to bring up a topic to the top is by posting in the topic.
