Mac sequoia (unknown if exclusive) Bug: if you set IAS and click v1 it sets engines to 89% and doesn't do anything to set the speed to its correct value

I’ve got a question: why is mouse yoke recommended? Do I enable it when I’m cruising or when I take off? (You can ignore this if you want, I took a rough look at the manual, so the answer might be there.)
