Anyway, to portal. Here we have some theories, and no, I didn't rip them off anywhere else. These are my own.
1: the cake is, and isn't, a lie.
First: the cake was going to be real.
Second: you never were gonna have it.
Third: it was YOU! (DA DA DAAAAA)
Seriously: the cake was going to be you. In portal, GLaDOS mentions this line:
first you will be baked, and then there will be cake.click to listen(okay, it's not technichly those words, blahblahblahblah)
If you don't agree with me, I don't see why you wouldn't.

2: what happened to chell after portal2?
This wouldn't be said, except the game is set post apocalyptic, as its a spin off of half life. Only she's in a huge farm full of wheat. A safe zone. Only problem is, the people who are saving the world or something(never played half life, can't play m games) are part of black Mesa, apertures rival. So, its: zombiesvsaperturevsbkackmesa. THAT'S WHAT FULL LIFE (what I call the crossover of half life and portal) COULD BE.

3: this is where you come in. What strange things are there in portal I haven't covered yet?

That reminds me! An Easter egg is when early in portal two, her voice glitches, and then she says dont fail, but with different words and in Spanish.

In Portal 2, a conveyor belt that takes rubbish to redemption also holds a malfunctioning turret. If you pick it up, you get an achievement/trophy and it'll start speaking to you.It may all sound gibberish, but everything it says is a reference to parts of the Portal series (for example, repeating the previously mentioned Moby Dick passage, predicting what will happen to GLaDOS, repeating Cave Johnson's famous Lemons speech and saying the eponymous line, ‘The Cake is a Lie’).

That was unknown to many, I bet. Try finding more very hidden messages or things.

In Portal 1, in one of the test chambers GLaDOS says “the enrichment center would like to remind you that after all this, you will be missed”

The gibberish GLaDOS says is really a quote in slow motion. “And methodically knocking people's hats off, then I account it high time to get to sea as soon as I can.”

You might want to read previous posts before you post something to avoid repetition.

You can get a Companion cube all the way to the elevator in portal 2. Then when you do GLaDOS says “I think it was about to say ”I love you“. But
Actually, I'm happy to get rid of them, we have warehouses full of them.” I forgot where, but she says they ARE sentient at one point.

GLaDOS says “The Enrichment Center is required to remind you that you will be baked, and then there will be cake.” However, the subtitles say: "The Enrichment Center is required to remind you that you will be baked cake." . Do you think they were planning to edit that sound clip but never got around to it?
