To keep it short, yesterday I was messing with stuff in the network tab that I probably wasn't supposed to touch and since then I haven't been able to use cloud variables on that account (the one I'm making this post from).

I tested on griffpatch's Minecraft MMO and it looks like this account can read cloud variables but not edit them.

From what I've searched, cloud bans don't exist, and if not, then am I permanently bugged?

tbh I have no idea. I just found POST requests with payloads that said something about “cloud” on them and editted them (with random numebers) and resent.

Yeah, what you were doing is considered Packet Manipulation (link is similar to what you were doing) this is considered a form of malicious network hacking. Scratch's automated systems likely caught your “malicious” network packets, and blocked your IP to prevent you from breaking their systems.
