I'm a normal scratcher that makes many animations. It always used to work smoothly but now every time when I try to make another then it just crashes or freezes. And I don't even know how to get it to work anymore.

Could you elaborate. What type of device are you using, and roughly how old/ powerful is it?

It's only a few years old but it is slow and crashes a lot

Roughly how much ram does it have? And the browser – is it the latest version of chrome/ safari?
I own a few old computers and they can't connect to scratch, so that might be the issue.
