Interestingly I also noticed that the Community Guidelines link goes to https://scratch.mit.edu/community_guidelines/ (notice the trailing slash) on the 2.0 footer vs https://scratch.mit.edu/community_guidelines (no trailing slash) on the 3.0 footer.

Hmmm I guess somewhere between October 9th to 11th
I think that the update might come out sometime during the weekend because that's when scrathers are less active and there are probs goign to be less people complaining about the unavailablilty when the update happens to fall on a weekday
