Hey, Scratchers!

We’re writing to share an update on how we approach browser and device compatibility. We’re aligning Scratch’s platform and feature development with the Baseline Widely Available unified quality standard. This means that when we develop new features, we’re ensuring they work great on versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) released within the last 30 months.

Scratch may still run on other browsers, but they are not officially supported. If you’re using a modern browser on a supported device (desktops, laptops, and tablets) and are running into issues using Scratch features, please send a message to our Help Center.
