No, this wouldn’t happen because the scratch logo has an animation to, all of you are going way to far with this, because their are way more animations in any given scratch project

What kind of animation does the Scratch logo have?
Also, the animations in a Scratch project can be very calming or tame, unlike the love and favorite buttons doing aerobics when you click them.
The animation might be exploited, and some people could say “if you love and favorite this project, the buttons will spin!”. Skins in platformers being awarded upon loving and favoriting is already bad, we don't need an animation…
Scratch is not about fame, and this will encourage unnecessary fame imo.
