I have an idea
presumably auto-translate would mean a project is automatically translated into the language the scratch editor has been set to?
what would it do about multilingual projects i wonder? force all the text to be in one language despite the intention of the creator?
another problem is for costumes/backdrops only vector text would be readily accessible to translate, text converted to a path and bitmap text would not be. and a translated text may not match up graphically with the intended layout or design of a costume/backdrop
for say and think speech bubbles it could work, although the translate extension can already be used for these
another approach could be to make the text that is accessible for translation available to the translation service built into some web browsers
edit: actually since it's a block the struck-through part shouldn't be a problem
