Once a moderator reviewed the project or studio and think the project or studio doesn't broke scratch community guidelines, they can disable reporting. This to stop scratchers from keep false reporting normal and good projects or studios. If creator or studio host decides to update the project or studio, it automatically enable reporting so scratchers can report the project or studio again!

there may be something other than what was reported that is wrong with the project or studio and a different scratcher (or the same) may notice it and won't be able to report if the button is missing
