add 8upload.com as an image host

after checking the site, yeah why not
this image host could be better than cubeupload
you can upload images from url
and whats even better is that inappropriate images are banned in that site

cubeupload is reliant on donations (although is adding a subscription later)
8upload relies on ads, which can be more stable

nothing wrong with more image hosting on a stable website
