It can be found on google, it can also be found from going to various scratch pages and changing the trailing slash to “%2F” to sometimes access an older version of the page.
e.g. linked in the 2.0 footer there's "https://scratch.mit.edu/jobs/", which can be changed to https://scratch.mit.edu/jobs%2F“ or ”https://scratch.mit.edu/info/credits/" which can be changed to https://scratch.mit.edu/info/credits%2F"

This random text reminds me of the time there was an issue similar to the current “abuser_” bug, but with any usernames containing “tigerjjw53_teacher”. (for context, a teacher account which spammed thousands of student accounts to have the largest following section on scratch.) Presumably since the account's following section was so large it lagged the site, the devs decided to hide it behind a screen of random text, but it also affected other accounts containing the username, so kind of like these “abuser_” accounts right now. (This happened not long ago so I expect most people remember it, but in case you missed it that's what happened.)

I think the first one should be “ajax”, not the username.
