The explore/trending page now only shows older and curated projects the Scratch Team knows instead of fresh new ones. Likely part of NGP.

1. The Explore is not part of NGP.

Update: same day as april - red hat block patched after spork update.

Also the explore page was set like that temporarly, when NGP comes out the trending will be diffrent.
