Scratch search doesn't work.

The indexer is either broken or deliberately turn off

Idk, I've been off of Scratch recently, but indexing was also disabled when I started my break. It was turned off, as stated many times by ST members (I don't have any of the exact posts saved). It was turned off because it is too easy to get inappropriate content to the top of the list.
