I can't find these specific bugs elsewhere. The scenario is the same as for this bug:

But with boolean inputs there are even more bugs.

When you remove the boolean inputs, you may have to click the OK button several times (typically if there were multiple inputs). In come cases it will mess with the blocks on the palette when you click OK and let you out once it is done messing with the blocks.

And after all that effort, the inputs may survive in blocks that are already on the palette after they are deleted in the definition, so you can have:

define block <porcupine?>

coexisting with

block <> <> ::custom

In some cases the blocks on the palette can survive the deletion of the definition.
In some other cases, the deletion of the definition may be forbidden despite it not being used.
