I need to find a video of this WITH ACTUAL SOUND.

I actually came across footage with sound from a YouTube short (ew) with a person saying “What Pokemon is this?” at the end, at one point. Now I can't find it anymore.

I don't think so, because that one has more instruments from the start and the melody doesn't last long enough. It's certainly possible because I had Mario Maker, though

Maybe the Super Mario Bros. 3 haunted house theme from Mario Maker? There is kind of a “wooo-wooo” instrument at the beginning but it sounds similar.
