It is.
Create a list and put items in it and name it to do list
It isn’t maybe you use a different type of scratch
you need to scroll down to “variables” and hit “add list”

most suggestions don't get implemented for a long time, sometimes even years… but don't lose hope! continuing to discuss and visualize the feature will help, that's what the suggestions forum is for!

Ok, to the one person who created this argument, i'm not naming names there lots of users on this discussion that are saying my idea is different and then you keep backing your argument up, JUST to be clear my idea and what you claim is already on scratch, are two different things, if you read the description again you would see that what you are talking about i said clutters, takes up space, and it is difficult for some users to use, so please don’t keep backing up what i have already stated does not work for complex users, beginners and many more, I also stated to the scratch team that there is no reason for this to be dangerous because no other user can see the To-Do List

They're not the same thing, but lists are a different way to do this.
Also, I am not arguing, I am only telling you that there is a work around that 100% works on scratch:

In the scratch editor, click on “Variables”.
Scroll down until you see “Make a list”, click that button.
Then, name your list “To do list”.
To add things to your list, click on the + button that appears on the list in the stage.
You can type text into the red boxes that appear after clicking the + button in the list.
Then, go back to the sidebar, you should see a block called “To do list”, clicking on the box beside it hides and shows it so you can hide it if you don't want anyone else to see.

For the last time it is not the same thing, why are there some people who clearly want you to succeed but others just want to see you fail so badly

GUYS STOP!
LISTS ARENT A WORKAROUND. ANYBODY CAN GO INTO THE EDITOR AND SEE THAT LIST, AND THAT WILL LEAK YOUR PLANNED UPDATES.
THIS SUGGESTION IS DIFFERENT. IT INSTEAD SHOWS A LIST OF THINGS TO DO FOR ONLY THE CREATOR OF THE PROJECT.
