I went on scratch today just to realize another Christian scratcher was banned @JESUS_L1VES I have seen so many people in the last couple months getting banned from scratch so this was quite normal but she was so chill about it and she followed community guidelines along with all the other people who I saw getting banned but this time I am done ST hates me for being who I am and now people are saying that they are being banned for promoting religious agenda well that doesn’t make sense at all because we have all sorts of different religions that aren’t Christian that are going out and Ragebaiting and breaking community guidelines and they aren’t getting banned we have done nothing wrong except put Christian on our bio and help out fellow Christians

scratch doesn't hate us, they just don't want others to feel offended or like we hate them, if anyone who's been banned has said anything potentially damaging to non-christians then that could be it, even just like saying “Jesus loves you!” to an atheist (just saying since i've seen this happen a lot) can be seen as offensive because a lot of atheists have religious trauma and don't feel comfortable talking about religion
usually people are not banned for no reason, it's just that you have to be incredibly careful what you say because in my experience many non-christians are sort of nervous around us because unfortunately some christians are not the kind, good-hearted people Jesus wants us to be and that can lead others away from God and other christians because all they know are the bad experiences they've had
i say this as a christian btw, you might even recognize me from chq (i recognize you)

also as for other religious scratchers breaking guidelines and not being banned, chances are st just hasn't seen them yet. have you reported them? if not please do so and st will probably take action once they see them

I've seen my friends get banned for just commenting Bible verses and stuff. I mean, i've seen people be disrispectful to Christians and they don't get in trouble.

depends where they commented them + which ones, in some contexts i could probably see why
also depends on their history, if they have a history of overdoing it then st is also probably not happy with that

I completely respect Christianity, but we shouldn't assume a ban is only due to false reports; it's possible that an actual rule was broken. If an error occurred, the user can contact the Scratch Team and likely get reinstated. Scratch welcomes people from all religions and walks of life, as long as they don't violate the community guidelines. The Scratch Team doesn't have a bias against Christianity—this is either a mistake or a response to inappropriate behavior.

Also, posting about it here won't help, as anyone other than the Scratch Team lacks the power to undo a ban for someone else.
