And they are not link shorteners too, ok?

Only if the link abides by the Community Guidelines. If the website allows users to post or edit on there, and isn't moderated to the exact standards of Scratch by professional trained moderators, assume you can't link it.

I think wiki links are allowed if the subject of the wiki is appropriate for Scratch.

Depends. Youtube links and certain news articles are fine, but anything else that promotes 13+ content or is sketchy is not allowed
