GUYS. A lieteral ST member said the Ai chatbot is discontinued. There trying to improve the tips tab instead.
This is exactly why the 4.0 topic creator shouldn't have chickened out.

They were planning to use Scratch projects to train an assistant and they needed permission to do that, which they got through the updated TOS, but they've since decided against doing that after backlash and probably some legal ambiguity (the updated TOS that allows AI to train on Scratch projects doesn't apply to projects shared before the updated TOS went into effect, which makes the database for the AI to train on much smaller than they probably wanted). I wouldn't be surprised if they update the TOS again once 4.0 plans have been finalized to remove that part if they don't end up making any new AI-powered features that they can't train in-house (i.e. face sensing).
