no pfp

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 14541.0.0, Chrome 148.0.0.0, No Flash version detected
for some reason pfps are getting blurred, am I going crazy?
i cant show a picture so i made this project with a screenshot of what it looks like

its happening on a number of profiles, mine included.
when im just viewing the pfp in might blur but if im on the accounts profile, its pfp isnt blurred
its only on some pfps

To save server space I'm pretty sure Scratch does lower quality of pfp's.

If you want it less blurry, try using this tutorial

its only happening on my school computer, not my tablet
