This is the topic where our dedicated trainer, Crimson19, trains our members until they are ready to be released to a higher rank and complete orders.
This is also the topic where we discuss cuts, guidelines, member ranks, etc.

Cut Rules
1. If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks, you will be lowered a rank. If you are inactive another week, you will be cut.
2. If you steal music from anywhere, you will be cut.
3. If you try to take over the collab while I am still founder, you will be banned from Tropical Waves for 5 months
4. If you try to take an order with your alt account and pretend to not be that account, you will be cut

Break Policies
1. You have 2 weeks of break per month. If you take more than that, it will be taken out of the next month.
2. If you are inactive for more than 2 months, even while on break, you will be cut.
3. The Board Of Directors do not have to take breaks

Training System
1. Crimson19 will train the trainees in his training program.
2. If you get 5 demerits, you will be cut.
3. If you get 5 merits, you will be promoted.

Member Ratings

Elder:The Rating of members in the Board of Directors, members with this rank cannot be cut
Dedicated(A):Shows high dedication and activity.
Active(B):Shows activity on the forums
Regular(C):Is somewhat active
Inactive(D):Is soon to be cut

This page is required to be read to complete initiation for new members.

Tropical Waves Training System

What you've all been waiting for! This is a revolutionary training system compared to the Melodia one. There are three groups. Crimson Red (heh heh), Liseran Purple and Navy Blue. Naturally, Crimson red is the highest group, Liseran Purple wins second and Navy Blue is last. Everybody starts in Liseran Purple and depending on your actions, you can be promoted to Crimson Red or be demoted to Navy Blue.

These colours are like dorms, the people in each dorm are who you will be working with and your activities will be harder/more frequent depending on it. So where do merits and demerits come into this? If you do something well, I will award you with a credit, if you get five, you get a merit and three of those gets you a promotion! When you get your first merit, you are promoted to see if I can challenge you more so when you're promoted, you can get a higher rank. If you were in Liseran Purple and receive a second merit, you are promoted to Crimson red. If you receive 5 demerits, you are cut from the training system and it's up to Tyman and Instinctive to see if you're cut from TW. If you get two demerits, you are demoted one colour.

It might seem confusing so here's an easier version:

5 credits = Merit
One merit = Colour promotion
Three merits = Actual promotion
2 demerits = Colour demotion
5 demerits = Training cut and presumably real cut.

Crimson Red: Create a project that reviews your task.

Liseran Purple: Explore how different lingual connotations can change the overall vibe of customer service and get back to me.

Navy Blue: No set task.

Basically. I changed 'em up a bit. Not as high requirements. Different cut guidelines etc.
