How about a game whereas you are being chased by the police in an infinite road. (you cannot control the car; it is always moving) You must get upgrades so that the police do not catch up. You need to buy stuff like gasoline for your engine, and other upgrades like: More aerodynamics - start off with a rust bucket car and work your way up to a very aerodynamic car. Another one is the engine - Starts off as a really bad one, but eventually you can upgrade it to some great one. Add a distance counter on how far away the police cars are from you, and if they get too close, they appear on screen. The police cars will get faster as the time goes on maybe.

Possibly, you could add weapons to slow them down.
