I think you should be able to scroll when an option bubble pops up, and while you can, you can't move the option bubble up or down, making some buttons inaccessible. by “option bubble” i mean the kind of thing that shows up when you click the promote button on a studio, or a report button on a project, etc. right now, they can NOT be scrolled, and because of the size of my screen, i can't finish reporting studios. (and I'm barley able to promote people to managers).

this has never happened to me (i use pc)
but for mobile users i can see the struggle
so yeah this should be added

I agree, even though I use PC, the laptop screen is only 11''
Then we could scroll down and still be able to to say, delete a sprite, without having to close the option bubble and then scroll…
