All Devices Affected, Search %15 in the Search Tab and You will get A Square and Then Copy it then Create a Project , Put random code in the cat and then create a variable and paste the square and Then Save and then click on the Background and then click on the cat in the workspace and the Code will be gone

Not a new bug as it was reported before, but %15 is Unicode for the negative ACK.
Moreover, I found you can search stuff in %(number in hexadecimal), for example, %54%68%65%20%56%6f%6c%6c%65%79%64%61%74%65
