I Dont Have A Script But I Know Its Really Hard

I think what you are looking for is a pen-rendered 3D engine, either a ray caster or something like @DadOfMrLog's 3D framework.

If you want to see some other methods, go here: Three Dimensional Projects.

Bear in mind that these projects are extremely complex to make and require a very good understanding of Scratch, as well as the ability to figure out how you can reduce lag as much as possible.
