403, other people don't have it thoughNow the wiki is saying 403. Is it gone forever?403 or 503? Because its normally 503. 403 means the server is fine but its still like “no”. (Source: 403 error

Are you allowed to have 2 Wiki accounts, one for the English Wiki and one for the Dutch Wiki?

Are you allowed to have 2 Wiki accounts, one for the English Wiki and one for the Dutch Wiki?They are separate wikis, so yes. You would only have one English wiki account and one Dutch wiki account.

Why aren't any Wiki pages working? I was going to find something to edit, but the screen just said:
