I couldn't follow Scratch's tutorial exactly, because the links in it didn't work. What I did was that I went to the Transifex Help Center where I found another tutorial, then I searched scratch-editor in the explore page linked in the tutorial and clicked Join This Project and then signed up on the page where it redirected me, then I got the error message
