Music won't import!

My browser / operating system: Ubuntu Linux, Firefox 151.0, No Flash version detected

When I import a music from chrome music lab, the music doesn't go into the palette of the stage.

Is there anything about the file size? Im pretty sure the individual size limit for sounds is 5 MB

its a wav, i got it from chrome music lab, rarely are those files big

it is 1.5 megabytes

i saved an MP3 WAV from the Song Maker experiment and it imported okay

do you get an error message when trying to import?

No I don't think so because when I import it, it just says its imported, but doesn't show up in the sound editor, doesn't even request for a new save (the save now button doesn't appear after importing)

I saved a wav, not an mp3, and i thought scratch only supports wavs?

scratch supports wav and mp3, but i meant wav above

if you export one of the built-in sounds, such as pop or meow, can you import it okay?

can you try importing a different wav from the chrome music lab?
