I have just finished a two week “Scratch” camp with middle school students. We are hoping to show their creations as one long string without editing each one replacing green flags, etc. Do I understand correctly that the Clutter feature is not available through 2.0?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated - John Greeley

I think this would get more feedback in “Questions about Scratch” :-)
Also, sorry but I'm really bad with computers. I have no idea what clutter means

Clutter was a website that allowed Scratch projects to be packaged together in interesting ways - so that related Scratch projects could appear as a single application. You can read more about it here.

As far as I know, Clutter is no longer with us. I don't know of an easy way to string a large number of projects together so that they run in sequence. You could put them all in a Studio easily enough - and that would help organize them. Perhaps somebody good with browser macros could write a macro that would cycle through all the projects in sequence…but I don't know how it would know that a project was done so as to start the next one. Maybe the best that could be done would be to make a macro that started each project after a specified amount of time - not very flexible. However, if that sounds like something you would like to investigate further, you might try posting in Advanced Topics.

Another approach, maybe too late for your current situation, would be to structure the individual projects so that they can be easily merged into a single project, using the backpack feature. Maybe have each student work on a single sprite or something.
