• *=This is my 1st time being a shop owner, so I'm a bit nervous that might do something wrong. Please forgive me if I do!
  
• **=There's only 1 person working here at the moment, but I expect people would start joining in soon

For everyone:

1. You** must follow Scratch's Community Guidelines
   
2. You must follow Scratch's Terms of Service
   
3. You must respect and be polite to everyone else
   
4. You may only chat about things related to the shop

For customers:

1. You must listen to store staff
   
2. You must read the rules before ordering
   
3. We reserve the right to refuse your order if it breaks the guidelines, our rules or if you're banned
   
4. Please use the appropriate forms for your request
   
5. If you wish to be contacted in this topic, please follow the topic to keep you alert when your order arrives
   
6. Be patient! We assure you that we are working on your request!
   
7. You're free to constructively criticize us but destructive criticism is a no-no, doing that will get you a strike
   
8. If you get 3 strikes, then you are banned from the shop & you must wait 30 days before you order here again, we'll also stop working on your requests in the meantime

For staff:

1. You must listen to store owner(s)
   
2. You must read the rules before applying
   
3. By joining, you agree to follow our rules or face punishment accordingly
   
4. Breaking the rules or receiving a review that is less than 3/10 will get you a strike
   
5. If you're taking an order, please quote the order you're taking and say “taken” to notify the customer and the other staff members
   
6. Multiple people can work on an order at the same time
   
7. If you can't finish the order by the deadline for any reason, please notify the customer with the reason
   
8. Please follow the topic to keep you updated with orders, news, etc…
   
9. If you get 3 strikes, then you are removed from the shop & you must wait 30 days before you can rejoin
   
10. If you don't do anything on Scratch for more than 6 months or declare you're retiring from Scratch or the shop then you're removed (you can rejoin at anytime though)

Unfortunately, I cannot hire you for coding as this is not a variety store. However, I am in need of artists who can draw detailed art! Now tell me, what art do specifically specialize in?
