The Shop Of The Month program has been cancelled due to my planned departure from Scratch. This program didn't receive a lot of support and ranking shops that offer such varying services is a tough task. The Piano Shop remains the only shop that achieved SoTM.

I do not know of you are aware of it, but I must inform you that there is a list of future shop directory owners which determines the order of succession after the current owner steps down or becomes inactive. Its current iteration can be found at https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/840972/. This list was endorsed by 78ch3, and according to it, Fluffygamer_ is the person with the right to start the next version of the shop directory.

Therefore, I must say that you should probably not announce yourself as the official successor to 78ch3's Shopping Emporium: a new official topic has been created for that. However, if you are still interested in running the shop directory at a later point, I encourage you to apply by asking the last person on the list (currently TeslaDummy), as explained in the link above.
