You can download the Scratch 3.0 from the raspberry pi website and it has access to the gpio pins on the pi. (I wonder if it works with the Orange Pi zero 2w because I'm going to get one.)

There is a raspberry pi extension, but it's only on the raspberry pi.

Not sure what you mean by having to download anything, as mine came pre-installed.

Actually, you won’t be able to do that. The zero 2w is way too weak.
