I see her sitting in a lot of different places from time to time and sometimes she's not in the cafeteria at all…
Except somehow she decides to sit anywhere BUT with me, and I'm one of her only friends…

if u want to do it in person that's probably better to do but if you can't find the time to talk to her, writing something is probably the next best option.

Email is a bit risky, since no one your age checks it (much to my frustration). It's still worth a try. Also, a phone number means you can beg your parents to let you use their phone.Find some time when you have EVEN TWO MINUTES and ask her for her phone number.I'll try
