only in some cases is it “ew”, it is in most though. However there are some good implementations of AI, albeit the climate effects and power/water usage are undesirable. There is no perfect way to implement it but according to shareholders it's a great thing because it's marketable and the internet we're turning towards seems to be very pro-ai (at least from the side of companies).
