But that would refer to the site itself, rather than the action of linking it
That said, the current wording in my draft (which is similar to the wording of the old Terms) is redundant anyway

Yea, technically not true, as they cant bring out projects to real life (unless its realistic or something)

But otherwise its true: They are allowed to remove projects for no reason, with some admin abuse (messing with API) they could probably change some stuff in projects, they can use them for their ads, etc.

The new licence does allow them to do pretty much anything, but the old licence did not, but either way, it's not like they own our projects

Commercial use of Scratch, user-generated content, and support materials is permitted under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license.
