Currently im making an OS/Project called Ch Gr OS, and ive been using multiple sprites for EVERYTHING. i want to only have the app icons as multiple sprites. i want it to be a bit like windows

So, what exactly do you need help with?
If you want more people working on your project with you, consider creating a topic on the collaborations forum. If you have a specific problem or bug with your project, please share it and give us the link, and also elaborate on the problem.

It might be easier to get rid of all scripts, fuse the sprites by application and start over. You'll want to make every app its own self contained thing that minimally interacts with other applications. I would recommend using stamps for displaying things as that makes keeping things organised a bit easier.

You could use pen or clones if there are a ton of sprites

Ok, bud.. Even if your OS is a ton of hide-show blocks, please use clones, or the pen
