Yes I saw that both links in original post have 404 error, but it might be intentional.

They could have been corrupted by link rot. Link rot is the phenomenon of hyperlinks tending over time to cease to point to their originally targeted file, web page, or server due to that resource being relocated to a new address or becoming permanently unavailable.

As the top comment suggests, the links have moved, so the Scratch Team need to be updated on this bug.

I speak every major language on Earth, so if you can't speak English, I'll happily swap over.
