If they mention that they'd like to be contacted within this thread itself, you should consider that it is hard to find posts and replies to posts sometimes, and so you must still contact them at their profile/ chatroom so that they get a notification.

✦ You must always be cordial with the customer. Begin all of your messages with a greeting and end them with a 'thank you' or anything relevant, as such.

✦ Once you're done with their order, even if it is within a Scratch project, you must post the link here in a proper manner by quoting the order post and by mentioning that the post is for order delivery. Then send the post's link to the customer through their profile/ chatroom.
