Extensions - how are they created?
I know what extensions are (music, face sensing, text to speech, ect) but how do you create one? 
I haven't noticed a button.

Extensions - how are they created?
Not officially. You'll have to use a mod of Scratch like TurboWarp to be able to upload extensions. Also, extensions are written in JavaScript so you'll need to know that.
You can also fork Scratch if you're familiar with Git or GitHub, but that's more complicated.
