Remove the student accounts reminder banner

This popup appeared at around April 16th. It's now a month since it first appeared and it's still not gone.
People have reported the popup coming back (including myself) and it's not that relevant anymore.

So why not remove it?

Why not click the x on the right and move on?

Reappears if you switch browsers or browser profiles, clear browser storage, etc.

That’s exactly what I’m going through right now, and dinoparty0 linked me this.

It literally re-appears every time I clear my browser storage, clear my history, switch alts/devices/browsers, etc. The x button only helps when I keep my history.

So how the hell do we get rid of this?

Clearing browsing data will make Scratch ‘forget’ that you clicked it

You can probably do it if you use a userstyle to hide it

Do you know if CSS works on FireFox, and do you know where would the option to replace the banners with “none” would be?

Would I have to find out all of this myself?

CSS works on all major browsers. If it didn't, the page would look like this:

They keep it because there are some student accounts who have probably not been used for some time. For example, if somebody with a student account just signed it, and didn't see this banner, they will not know about this. When the class ends, they will think they got banned
